Current packaging
Instead of traditional sketching on paper, we decided to make mini prototypes before bringing our ideas to full scale.
Telescoping Crate Concept: A lid that lifts up to reveal a tray where the stool sits for easy unboxing, held together with ratchet straps.
Present Box Concept: A full height lid that lifts off to release 4 walls of the inner box for a grand reveal, held together with ratchet straps.
For cushioning, we came up with multiple different ideas using only cardboard.

As part of one of our reviews, members of our team were able to fly down to LA to see the LAUN studio and let them test out our prototypes in house. A member of the packing and fulfillment team was there, able to give first-hand feedback on how our designs may or may not align with their guidelines.
